Ingredients
Eggs - cheese - salt - pepper - bread
Cheesy Egg Toast
A quick, easy, and satisfying breakfast recipe perfect for busy mornings or lazy weekends.
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Grate 1/4 cup of cheese and add half of it to the egg mixture.
Cut 2 slices of bread and toast them until lightly browned.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is set and the top is slightly runny.
Use a spatula to fold the egg in half and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
Place the cheesy egg on top of the toast slices and serve hot. Enjoy!
