Garlic Soy Salmon Bowl This easy and healthy garlic soy salmon bowl recipe is ideal for a quick dinner that you can make in just a few minutes. The bok choy and salmon pair perfectly with the rice and soy sauce for a balanced, yet flavorful meal.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Season two salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste, and brush them with the soy sauce mixture. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Cook the salmon fillets for three to four minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. While the salmon is cooking, wash and chop the bok choy. Cook the bok choy in a separate skillet over medium-high heat until slightly wilted and then remove from the skillet. Serve the cooked salmon on top of rice and cooked bok choy. Drizzle the remaining soy sauce mixture over the salmon and veggies. Enjoy!
