Strawberry Banana Crepes This recipe is perfect for a lazy weekend brunch or a special dessert. You'll make delicious crepes filled with fresh strawberries and ripe bananas, topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
In a blender, mix 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until the batter is smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush the pan lightly with butter. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl the pan to get an even layer. Cook for about 30 seconds, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Then flip the crepe and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat the process until you've used all the batter. Slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 1 ripe banana.
