Tempeh and Brown Rice Bowl
A tasty and healthy bowl you can make for a quick lunch or dinner.
Cook brown rice according to packet instructions.
Cut the tempeh into small cubes and pan-fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Once the rice is cooked, place it into a large mixing bowl and add the pan-fried tempeh to the bowl.
Mix everything well so that the tempeh is well distributed throughout the rice.
Serve in bowls and enjoy! You can also top with your favorite sauce or veggies if desired.
