Trump's Tremendous Beet-Yoghurt Salad This recipe is perfect for a hot summer day! The combination of beet root, yoghurt, and onions is not only healthy but will also make your taste buds come alive.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel the beet roots and cut them into small cubes. Place the beet root cubes on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender. While the beet roots are cooking, thinly slice 1/2 a red onion and set aside. In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of Greek yoghurt with a pinch of salt. Once the beet roots are done, let them cool for a few minutes before adding them to the yoghurt mix. Add the thinly sliced onions to the yoghurt mix and stir well. Let the salad chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Serve and enjoy the tremendous flavors together.
