Broccoli and Schnitzel Casserole This is a hearty casserole that is perfect for a family dinner. The schnitzel provides protein, while the broccoli and potatoes provide fiber and nutrients. The cheese adds flavor and a gooey texture to the dish.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the schnitzels until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped broccoli and cook until it is slightly tender, stirring occasionally. Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a large casserole dish. Add the cooked broccoli on top of the potatoes. Cut the schnitzels into bite-size pieces and add them on top of the broccoli. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the potatoes are fork-tender. Serve hot and enjoy!
