Crispy Baked Artichoke Hearts This recipe is a simple and delicious way to elevate your frozen artichokes to an elegant appetizer or side dish. The creamy mayonnaise and crispy panko coating perfectly complement the earthy flavor of the artichokes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thaw the frozen artichoke hearts according to package instructions and dry them with a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and artichoke hearts together until coated. In a separate bowl, add the panko bread crumbs. Take each artichoke piece and coat it with the bread crumbs. Place the breaded artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm. These can be served with a dipping sauce if desired.
