2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken and Rice Casserole
A comforting casserole dish that will satisfy your cravings for a hearty and creamy meal.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and shredded chicken.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and rice, and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
