Apple Cinnamon Matey Pie
Ahoy there matey! Tis be a recipe for a scrumptious Apple Cinnamon Matey Pie. Baked to perfection with a golden crust and filled with juicy apples kissed with cinnamon, it be the perfect dessert to satisfy yer cravings.
Preheat yer ship's oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and slice 5-6 apples and toss 'em with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cut in 1/2 cup of cold butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Roll the dough and place it in a greased pie dish. Trim the edges as ye desire. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust. Add some butter on the top of the pie. Cover the pie with a lid or a piece of foil to prevent it from burning. Bake it for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Let it cool for a bit before serving.
