Rustic Campfire Potatoes

This hearty recipe will satisfy any cowboy's appetite after a long day on the range. Grab your cast-iron skillet and let's get cooking!

1. Wash and slice 4 large potatoes into thin, even slices.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet over your campfire.
