Basic Butter Cookies
These cookies are perfect for any occasion, simple to make yet deliciously buttery.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream 1 cup of softened butter with 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in 2 eggs until well combined.
Mix in 3 cups of flour until the dough comes together.
Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut out cookies using your preferred cookie cutter.
Place cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
