Creamy Masala Pasta As a connoisseur of food, I often indulge in experimenting with different cuisines. Today, I present to you my scrumptious recipe that combines delicate pasta with a spicy Indian touch.
Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 a cup of pasta water. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. Add the julienned carrot and cook until it is tender yet crispy. Toss in the chicken masala and biriyani masala and give it a good mix. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and the reserved pasta water. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens. Add cream cheese and continue to stir until it melts completely. Finally, add in the cooked pasta and give it a good mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pasta is coated with the sauce. Serve hot and garnish with chopped coriander.
