Grilled Lamb with Asparagus This recipe pairs the rich, gamey flavor of lamb with the fresh, crisp flavor of asparagus. The lamb is seasoned with garlic and rosemary, then grilled to perfection.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mix onto both sides of your lamb chops. Drizzle olive oil over both the lamb and asparagus, and toss the asparagus to coat. Place the lamb chops on the preheated grill and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on how thick the chops are and how you prefer your meat cooked. During the last few minutes of cooking, add your asparagus to the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning once or twice, until they become tender and slightly charred.
