Sausage and Egg Rice Bowl

A hearty and flavorful rice bowl featuring savory sausage, a runny egg, and fragrant leeks and onions.

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and slice into bite-sized pieces.
3. In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the chopped onions and leeks until they soften.
4. Push the onions and leeks to the side of the pan and crack an egg into the pan. Scramble the egg until just cooked.
5. Add the sliced sausages back into the pan and mix everything together.
6. Stir in the cooked rice and drizzle with soy sauce.
7. Serve the sausage and egg mixture over the rice, optionally topped with some extra soy sauce for flavor. Enjoy!
