In a bowl, combine the sambal, nutritional yeast, celery seed, and white vinegar. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add in sliced tofu and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and add in sliced carrots, peas, and sliced jalapenos. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
