Scallywag's Rice and Meat

Ahoy there, me hearties! Set a course for flavor with this scrumptious rice and meat dish. The perfect mix of lamb and beef will shiver yer tastebuds from stem to stern. It's a dish hearty enough to keep any pirate full for a moon’s cycle.

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and brown the lamb and beef mince.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add in the carrots and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Stir in the peas and sweetcorn and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Combine the meat and veggie mixture with cooked rice and stir until everything is combined.
6. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite pirate mates. Arrr!
