Swashbuckler's Skillet Breakfast Ahoy there mateys! If ye be lookin' fer a hearty breakfast to start yer day off right, look no further than me Swashbuckler's Skillet Breakfast. We'll be usin' some scrumptious ingredients like eggs, chicken, onions, tomatoes, and potatoes, all cooked up in a skillet fit for a pirate!
First off, ye'll want to get yer potatoes nice and diced up. Take 'em in yer hand like a treasure and chop 'em up into bite-sized chunks. Throw those potatoes in a hot skillet with a bit of oil, and let 'em cook for about 10 minutes or so, until they start to get crispy and golden brown. Set those aside for later. While those potatoes be cookin', dice up yer onion and tomatoes, and set 'em aside. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, and toss it into the same skillet where ye cooked the potatoes. Let it cook for a few minutes until it's almost done. Add yer diced onion and tomatoes to the skillet with the chicken, and let 'em cook together for a few minutes until the chicken be fully cooked and the vegetables be soft and tender. At this point, ye'll want to crack yer eggs into the skillet, right on top of everything else. Cover the skillet with a lid, and let those eggs cook for a few minutes until the whites be set but the yolks be still runny. Finally, add the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, and give everything a good stir to mix it all up. Serve yer Swashbuckler's Skillet Breakfast up hot and fresh, and enjoy the hearty flavors of the high seas!
