Start by peelin' and choppin' yer potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces. Peel and mince yer garlic cloves. Cut open yer jackfruit and remove the edible flesh, discard the seeds and skin. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan, then add yer onion and garlic. Fry 'em up until they're fragrant and golden brown. Add yer potatoes to the pan and fry 'em up with yer onion and garlic for 10 minutes or until they're slightly crispy. Toss in yer jackfruit and continue frying for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy yer Jackfruit N' Taters!
