Beef Stir Fry This beef stir fry is a quick and easy recipe that's perfect for any day of the week. The combination of bell peppers, onions, and beef makes for a tasty and filling meal that's also quite healthy.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until it starts to brown. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of water. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
