Broccoli and Bologna Pasta Bake

This recipe combines the goodness of broccoli, the savory flavor of bologna, and the richness of pasta sauce to create a satisfying and easy-to-make pasta bake.

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Steam the broccoli until it is tender and set aside.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
5. Cut the bologna into small pieces and add a layer on top of the pasta sauce.
6. Place a layer of cooked pasta over the bologna.
7. Add the steamed broccoli on top of the pasta.
8. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pasta sauce on top.
9. Tear the bread into small pieces and scatter them evenly over the top of the pasta sauce.
10. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
12. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
13. Serve the Broccoli and Bologna Pasta Bake hot and enjoy!

Note: You can also add grated cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking for an extra cheesy twist.
