Deluxe Pad Thai Deluxe Pad Thai is a variation of the traditional noodle dish that originates from Thailand. It is a delicious and flavorful blend of rice noodles, shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts, peanuts, and a variety of sauces and spices sautéed together to create a perfect harmony of flavors.
Soak the rice noodles in water for about 30 minutes or until soft. Then, drain and set aside. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink. Push the shrimp and tofu to one side of the skillet or wok and add the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked and then combine them with the shrimp and tofu. Add the rice noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, and peanuts to the skillet or wok. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Pour over the noodle mixture and toss to coat. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top of the dish before serving and enjoy your Deluxe Pad Thai!
