Grilled Garlic Tomato and Cheese Sandwich This grilled sandwich is an easy and delicious way to enjoy the flavors of garlic, tomato, mint, and cheese. It's crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside.
Preheat a pan or grill over medium heat. Spread minced garlic on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread on the pan, garlic side up. Add sliced tomatoes and sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top. Add shredded cheese over the top of the mint leaves. Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese, garlic side down. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom side is golden brown. Flip the sandwich over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty. Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute or two. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
