Pirates' Bountiful Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ahoy me hearties! Today we be making a mouth-watering delight that will bring all ye taste buds to life! We will be stuffing our bell peppers with a bounty of ricotta cheese, parsley and tomato! This dish be perfect as an appetizer or a main course for ye swashbucklers!
Preheat ye oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut off the top of each bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with the chopped tomatoes and parsley. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stuff each bell pepper with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the bell peppers are tender. Serve them hot and enjoy the bounty of flavors me hearties!
- 4 Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped Parsley
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
