Pomegranate Butter Cookie

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened butter and 1/2 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Roll the dough into golf-sized balls and place onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
