Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese
This is a simple yet delicious dish that is perfect for a side dish or as a main course.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Rinse and dry the Brussels sprouts. Cut off the ends and slice them in half.
Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Spread the Brussels sprouts out onto a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top while they are still hot.
Serve hot and enjoy!
