Shrimp Linguine This sophisticated and tasty dish will leave you feeling like royalty. The combination of the succulent shrimp and the perfectly cooked pasta is fit for a queen.
Cook the linguine according to the package directions until it is al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic, stirring constantly until it is fragrant for about 1-2 minutes. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper and cook until they turn pink for about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the white wine and lemon juice and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the cooked linguine and chopped parsley. Toss everything together until the linguine is completely coated in the buttery garlic sauce. Serve immediately with additional parsley and lemon wedges, if desired. Enjoy your Shrimp Linguine, my dearest!
