Simple Beef Jerky Recipe

This recipe is perfect for making beef jerky at home, with just two simple ingredients.

1. Start by trimming any excess fat from the beef and slicing it into thin strips.
2. In a bowl, mix the strips of beef with enough water to cover them completely. Set the bowl in the fridge and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
3. Preheat your oven to 180°F (or its lowest setting) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Remove the strips of beef from the water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the strips on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
5. Bake the beef in the oven for 4-6 hours, until it is dried and chewy.
6. Once the beef is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before serving or storing. Enjoy!

Note: You can also add other seasonings or spices to the beef before baking for added flavor.
