Simple Flour Tortillas

These quick and easy flour tortillas are perfect for taco night or for wrapping up your favorite sandwich or wrap fillings.

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add oil and water, mix until dough forms.
2. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Divide dough into 10-12 equal parts, and roll each part into a ball shape.
3. Heat a cast-iron skillet or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
4. Roll each ball into a thin, even circle shape using a rolling pin.
5. Place a tortilla onto the heated skillet or frying pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip and cook the tortilla for another 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
