Spicy Minced Meat and Veggie Stir Fry This Stir Fry recipe is quick, easy and packed with flavor. The sliced hot peppers add some heat to this dish while anchovies adds a salty and savory taste.
Heat some oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Add the chopped green and hot peppers and continue to stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Add the minced meat and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until browned. Add the chopped anchovy fillets and continue stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined. Serve hot topped over a bed of rice or quinoa. Enjoy!
