Grate the onion, cabbage, tomato, carrot, and potato separately. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated vegetables along with the wheat flour, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until it forms a thick batter-like consistency. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a circular shape. Cook the pancake on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip it over and cook the other side until it's also golden brown.
