Tomato and Corn Pizza

This recipe incorporates the flavors of summer with the crisp crunch of cucumbers mixed with juicy tomatoes and sweet corn on a classic pizza crust infused with yeast.

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and start by making the pizza dough.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 package of yeast, and 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix well.
3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, slice 2 or 3 medium sized tomatoes and set aside.
5. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and then spread the sliced tomatoes on top.
6. Sprinkle corn kernels over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
