Tomato and Egg Sandwich

A simple and delicious sandwich made with fresh tomatoes and scrambled eggs.

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.
2. Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk until well beaten.
3. Pour the beaten egg into the skillet and scramble it until fully cooked.
4. While the egg is cooking, slice the tomato into thin slices.
5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
6. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
7. Place the scrambled egg on one slice of bread and arrange the tomato slices on top.
8. Cover with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side down.
9. Gently press the sandwich together and slice in half if desired.
10. Serve the tomato and egg sandwich immediately and enjoy!
