Triple Fruit and Chocolate Crepes This recipe is perfect for those who love fruity and chocolatey flavors in one dish. It's a twist on traditional crepes, with the addition of three different fruits.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour and 2 eggs until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add in 1 1/4 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, whisking constantly until the batter is well combined. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan to make a thin layer of crepe. Cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown in color. Set aside the cooked crepes and repeat with the remaining batter. Cut the pears, banana, and apple into thin slices. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until it's smooth and shiny. Spread a layer of melted chocolate on top of each crepe. Arrange a few slices of each fruit on one half of the crepe and fold the other half on top. Serve the crepes warm with some extra chocolate drizzled on top. Enjoy!
