Trump-Style Mushroom and Peanut Rice

This dish is really tremendous. It's loaded with flavor and it's going to be huge. Everyone is going to love it.

1. Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly.
2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add in the rice, stir, and reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it cook for 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
3. While the rice is cooking, toast the peanuts in a dry pan until they're golden brown. Once toasted, set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a tablespoon of butter and cook the sliced mushrooms until they're tender and lightly browned.
5. Once the rice is done cooking, fluff it with a fork and add in the peanuts and mushrooms. Mix everything together.
