Apple Tartlet with Cinnamon Whipped Cream This apple tartlet is the perfect dessert for apple lovers. The warm apple slices baked with butter and cinnamon are nestled in a pre-made tartlet shell and topped with a delicious homemade whipped cream.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Arrange the sliced apple in the pre-made tartlet shell. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until a smooth mixture forms. Drizzle the butter mixture over the sliced apple. Bake the tartlet in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the apple slices are soft and the crust is golden brown. In the meantime, prepare the cinnamon whipped cream by whisking the heavy cream and granulated sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the cinnamon and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form.
