Bacon and Cheese Scramble

A delicious and satisfying breakfast dish that combines the savory flavors of bacon and cheese with fluffy scrambled eggs.

1. In a bowl, crack the desired number of eggs and whisk them until smooth.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.
3. Drain most of the bacon grease from the skillet, leaving about a tablespoon in the pan.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the remaining bacon grease.
5. Cook the eggs over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until they are about halfway cooked.
6. Add the crumbled bacon into the skillet with the eggs, stirring to combine.
7. Continue cooking the eggs until they are fully cooked and fluffy.
8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the eggs, cover the skillet, and turn off the heat. Let the residual heat melt the cheese.
9. Once the cheese has melted, remove the skillet from the heat and serve the bacon and cheese scramble hot.
