Cabbage and Carrot Coleslaw
This is a classic coleslaw recipe that can be served on its own or as a side dish to any meal.
Begin by washing 1 head of cabbage and 2 carrots.
Finely shred the cabbage into thin strips and grate the carrots.
Place the shredded cabbage and grated carrots into a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss until everything is evenly combined.
Place the coleslaw into the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
