Cheesy Paprika Potato Bake

A simple and satisfying potato bake with a smoky and mild spicy flavor from the paprika, and a cheesy finish.

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, sliced onions, paprika, salt, and pepper, then toss together to coat the vegetables with the seasoning.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes and onions evenly in a baking dish.
4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
6. Bake again, uncovered, for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
