Chocolate Cream

A rich and delicious chocolate cream that can be used as a topping, filling or frosting.

1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over low heat until it just begins to boil.
2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until cold and firm.
4. Once firm, whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
5. Use the chocolate cream as desired.
