Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 large tomatoes, sliced
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup garlic aioli
Grilled Chicken and Tomato Wrap
This grilled chicken and tomato wrap is a quick and easy lunch option that's perfect for a busy day.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Assemble the wrap: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a few tablespoons of garlic aioli on the tortilla.
Add some shredded lettuce down the center of the tortilla, then add a few slices of tomato and chicken on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and veggies.
Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients. Serve the wraps immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go lunch. Enjoy!
