Smoky BBQ Jackfruit Tacos

These tacos offer a unique twist on a classic BBQ sandwich by using jackfruit, a tropical fruit that has a meaty texture and subtle flavor, as the main ingredient. The combination of the smoky BBQ sauce and fresh toppings make for a delicious and satisfying meal.

1. Drain and rinse one can of jackfruit and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the jackfruit. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the jackfruit is lightly browned.
