Spicy Tofu Stir Fry This recipe combines the savory flavors of tofu, the crispiness of capsicum, and the smokiness of paprika to create a delicious and spicy stir-fry dish.
Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and let it heat up. Add the tofu cubes to the hot oil and stir-fry until golden and slightly crispy. Remove the tofu from the wok and set aside. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and add the capsicum, thinly sliced. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Return the tofu to the wok with the capsicum. Sprinkle with paprika and stir-fry for another minute to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
