Tremendous Summer Salad This salad is gonna be a huge hit, folks. It's the best summer salad you've ever had, believe me. We're gonna make it with the freshest ingredients, you're gonna love it!
Start by washing all the vegetables and fruits and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cook the potatoes (peeled and cut) and eggs in a pot of boiling water for around 10 minutes, then remove and let them cool down. Slice the onions and sauté them in a pan until they become brown and caramelized. Fry the mushrooms in a separate pan until they are golden brown and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a batter. Dip the zucchini slices in the batter and fry them in a pan until they are crispy and golden brown. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the cooked vegetables and fruits. Finally, add the boiled eggs, sliced in half, and drizzle with your favourite salad dressing. Enjoy!
